What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Simply contact us to initiate a return.


How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your item(s), our returns department will inspect and restock the products. An automated refund will be generated and processed back to your original payment method. This typically takes 5-7 working days. Please include your original invoice with the return to avoid delays.


Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once your return is complete. We recommend keeping the shipping reference number so you can track your return.


I haven’t received a dispatch email or order confirmation. What should I do?

An automated email is sent to your provided address when your order is confirmed or dispatched. Please check all folders, including your spam/junk folder, as the email may come from a “noreply” address. To avoid missing emails, add our domain (e.g., @pickewise.com) to your safe senders list.

Can I collect my order from a local store?

We offer a "Reserve and Collect" service during checkout. This is only available if the item is in stock at your selected store. If the product is not available locally, you will not be able to reserve it.
